reGeneration Teams . . .

• consist of 2-6 people
• self-organize, this means that HOW is all up to you
• are gathered around a specific How might we... question to increase focus ****
• are diverse **so that people work to their strengths and passions
• have a team leader who is responsible for keeping focus and accountability. Similar to bird V-formations, team members take turns being in the leader, depending on time and energy available
• communicate on our Slack channel or via Whatsapp
